NAADAC CEAn Introduction to Recovery Housing
These courses outline the best practices for recovery housing designed by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences and the Fletcher Group. We look at the NARR levels and Recovery Kentucky's peer-led, peer-driven social model of recovery. Recovery Kentucky - A Peer-Led, Peer-Driven, Empowerment Social Model of Recovery: This course covers the Recovery Kentucky model of recovery, a peer-led, peer-driven social model. Developed in the early 2000's and consisting of 17 facilities across the state of Kentucky, Recovery Kentucky has evidence-based outcomes showing the positive impact of recovery housing for the individual and the community. An Introduction to the NARR Levels of Recovery Housing: This course will educate and prepare professionals and recovery housing operators to properly identify the various levels of recovery housing and act on this information to better assist those seeking recovery housing, particularly in rural areas. The course will also help prospective recovery housing operators determine the types of recovery housing they wish to develop.
