Quick Response Teams

Quick Response Teams (QRTs) — interdisciplinary community programs that reach people within 48 to 72 hours of a non-fatal overdose, the window when they are most receptive to help. Covers who makes up a team, QRT goals and activities, the outcomes reported so far, and the program's history since its 2014 start. Includes practical steps: how to find a local QRT, build the relationship, agree referral guidelines, and lean on the team when someone has a return to use.
